SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days of ordering.  Certain products are "made to order" and could take around 1 week to turn around.  Please note shipping details in production description. 

  2. You will receive a confirmation email once order has shipped.

  3. Tracking is provided on all online purchased orders. The Spooky Shop is not liable for lost orders if the tracking number shows that the order was delivered.

  4. Customers MUST enter a complete address at checkout. The Spooky Shop is not liable for inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses entered by customers.  Please double check before checking out. 

  5. The Spooky Shop is not liable for shipping delays made by the shipping carrier.

  6. You can choose from a variety of shipping options at checkout.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned product (unless an error has been made on our part). Items that appear to have been worn or tampered with will not be refunded. We will not issue any refunds on a pending delivery order. We must have Item(s) In hand to issue any refunds. Limited edition or sale items are nonrefundable. Made to order items are nonrefundable. Refund details are listed with each item before purchased.
