Occasionally packages will be delayed or late in delivery. Please frequently check the tracking information contained in your shipment notification for updates. It is not the responsibility of The Spooky Shop to track every item. If a shipment appears to be delayed, we strongly urge contacting either the carrier for assistance, or your local post office to see if it has already been delivered by USPS. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, nor are we responsioble for packages that show as delivered while they are left outside your door, at the front desk, or any other receiving party.
