At The Spooky Shop, many of our items are made-to-order—crafted just for you after your purchase. Because of this, shipping times may be a little different than big-box retailers.

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipping.

• This includes production time for made-to-order items

• Processing times may be longer during peak seasons (especially Halloween and Christmas)

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled and is on its way.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.

 

Typical estimates:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

• Expedited Shipping: Varies based on carrier

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

The Spooky Shop is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:

• Please check with neighbors or your local post office first

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
