Orders & Fulfillment

Processing Times
Many of our items are made-to-order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping unless otherwise stated.

Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or seasonal demand.
•   Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
•   We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
•   We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist. However, once a package is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Returns & Refunds

•   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an error was made on our part.
•   Items must be returned in unused, unworn condition.
•   Refunds are issued only after items are received and inspected.
•   Sale items, limited edition items, and made-to-order items are non-refundable.
•   We cannot issue refunds for items still in transit.
